I'm a health economist and Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Williams College. I study topics at the intersection of health, urban, and public economics. My research has been published in journals such as Social Science and Medicine, the American Journal of Health Economics, and Health Economics, and cited by media outlets including Foreign Affairs, the LA Times, and The Hill. My recent work focuses on questions related to social insurance, health equity, substance use, and public policy design. I completed my PhD in Public Policy from the Cornell University Jeb E.
